Indeed, following on the successes of Vivaldi and the Gypsies and Telemann and the Gypsies, recorded on the Analekta label, Caprice now completes the trilogy, adding an oriental touch to the series by placing Gypsy music side by side with The Oriental Miscellany collection published in Calcutta in 1789.
